Auto Rarity Setting?

Is there any way to automatically change the rarity setting in a party as soon as I create the party? I really dislike it when people loot greens and blues in instances AND THEN PASS ON THEM, filling up my bags when I already have limited bag space.

I'm sure there are other ways, but I use the Loot-O-Matic add-on for that.

That is not a problem with loot - but with a group in instance.

There has to be some agreement if party will loot everything or not.

I loot everything only in the party where we agreed to do it (for some reason like looking for specific rare receipt), but later it become increasingly hard to keep bags clean, so I prefer groups where loot was on bosses only.
