question about the story elements, fairytale event

I wanted to know if its possible to get players in a raid and to complete it that way. Also, does it matter if I don't have the correct story element or if I have no story element at all but everyone else in my party has the needed elements? Can I still get credit in those cases too? Tell me more when you can because if its really specific (meaning that I always need the correct story elements and I'm limited to whoever is in my party and what they have too) then that information would be helpful to know. Just want more clarification to avoid confusion.

I believe it was tried last nite on reni and you need the element to complete.

u make a party up of the needed elements to fulfill the requirements for each story...so if a story calls for 4 headless knights, a princess, and a true love (not an actual story..just took some element types for the example) then u need those specific ppl to fulfill that story requirement...they all have the story book from the storyteller..but i believe it only takes 1 person in that group to talk to the storyteller to complete that story.....that could be wrong...but if it is...then every1 would need to right click their storybook and then talk to the storyteller...but i dont think it works that way....

the only way I see that a raid would work is to put it on auto promote assist so the players that are there can move the groups around so they can get the correct number and type in their party for the titles.

Oh alright, thanks for the replies. I've just been going with the party setup so far. Seems easy enough, some days it just takes alot longer than others to find the players that are needed.
