Unbanning

One of my guildy has been banned since last month for a reason he had no control or knowledge over. It's been 2 days since the scheduled date of unbanning him.

He had to wait 30 days for a reason he shouldn't be at fault for and all you guys had to do was be honest and true to your words of unbanning him two days ago. This isn't fair and shows how untrustworthy your customer support system can be.

He has already sent in a new ticket regarding this issue and has yet to be unbanned. This really irritates everyone that the game players are investing money into won't do a damn thing to fix their wrong doing.

Support is notorious for these kinds of mistakes, and it is a shame that these threads gets:

/closed and sent to the gutter, away from any chance of discovery

Would be nice if we had a place to discuss how to improve support.

Bans are on an automatic timer.
If your guildie is not unbanned, I suggest they submit a support ticket and we will take care of it.
