Ive got a guild mate who's been attempting to buy diamonds for months now.
He's taken out multiple support tickets. Each ticket seems to get reviewed, and the help staff seems to try and help him, yet he still cannot buy diamonds. So he continues to take out support tickets, and each time he gets no real assistance.
Who do we contact when support cannot provide us with support on the issue of diamond buying?

step 1 submit your ticket (include all information possible)
step 2 check your email ,you should receive a confirmation email.DO NOT REPLY TO THIS ONE.
step 3 check your email , you will get an email from a person at support, REPLY TO THIS ONE.
step 4 check email, you will get another response from someone in support.(give additional info if needed.
step 5 support ticket resolved.
this has gotten me the best, fastest support.
