problems buying dias

is anyone else having trouble buying dias?
i used an ultimate game card and got my reciept for my order but i havnt recieved my dias.

I had heard "rumors" that UGC were not accepted anymore. Not sure if it's true or not, but it was back when they changed the billing system when I heard this.

Also had heard they didn't apply bonus dias either. I haven't used them in years so I'm not real sure what the stipulations are on them now.:p
I reject your reality and choose my own instead!

Wish support would get to my guildmate that fast. It has been over a week now. He used Zeevex to buy his dias. Recieved the adventure pack but never got his dias.

Why isnt the home page working?

I was trying to buy some diamonds and the home page doesnt even show up, it just says server cant be found so i cant buy diamonds...wtf!? :mad: is the website under maitenence or sumthing??? please respond

Your guildie needs to stay in contact with Support, as he cannot be helped here on the forums through a third party--you.

Ive got a guild mate who's been attempting to buy diamonds for months now.

He's taken out multiple support tickets. Each ticket seems to get reviewed, and the help staff seems to try and help him, yet he still cannot buy diamonds. So he continues to take out support tickets, and each time he gets no real assistance.

Who do we contact when support cannot provide us with support on the issue of diamond buying?

While I cannot speak with certainty on your guild mate's issue, I can only see this happening in a scenario where something is woefully wrong, such as him contacting us from the wrong account, wrong e-mail address or not providing enough detail.

I would advise your guild mate to keep in contact with support and be as detailed as possible.

step 1 submit your ticket (include all information possible)
step 2 check your email ,you should receive a confirmation email.DO NOT REPLY TO THIS ONE.
step 3 check your email , you will get an email from a person at support, REPLY TO THIS ONE.
step 4 check email, you will get another response from someone in support.(give additional info if needed.
step 5 support ticket resolved.

this has gotten me the best, fastest support.
