Lost Letter quest - Will Kanches
Anyone know where to find Will Kanches for the Lost Letter quest? The Will Kanches in TB at Silent Pass (69,63) will not accept the letter and none of the fansites have any information on his location for this quest.

He is up at the top of the city with everyone else. But maybe you need to have completed the toni/morrok questline where you get ported there instead of someone else using a portal to get you there.
Lost Letter shows the quest receiver,
Will Kanches, to be in the Ancient Kingdom of Rorazan.
Unfortunately, no coordinates are given.
Someone already asked about this and was already answered. But I remember the content. If you got on Ancient Kingdom of Rorazan ported (I was), you might not have picked the entire questline of Magical Reconstruction, sou you're missing a few quests so NPC on Ancient Kingdon for this quest will not show up.
