Missing items

I went to send my second character the little devil's wings i bought awhile ago and have kept in my item shop bag ever since. I just seen them the other day when I did i run through the forsaken abby. I logged in today and saw they weren't there. I emailed support and they sent me an email back that said : " apologize for any any inconvinece this has caused." That was it. Any plans on telling me when they were taken from inventory, what times, ect.? I sure in the heck haven't sold them or used them for any character.

I'd reply back to said support ticket and provide as much detail as you possibly can - that doesn't sound like a complete support answer, though if there's more to that answer, it may mean you provided insufficient detail and support could not locate the item.

Either way, you'll want to keep in touch with them. :)

even if it does need an advanced bind lifter which i will never buy anyway, i would still like to know how they were removed from my inventory. I did email back and said "what do you mean?" to their "apologize for any inconvience this has caused." I'm not sure what it meant but I do recall buying them and do not recall me taking this item out of my inventory. Any help with that would make more sense.

so today i logged into my second character and the two epic items i just crafted are missing and those are enhanced red lotus trouser and strider feather cap. Do i need to start writing everything down.

Tell Support exactly which items have disappeared and date/time when you definitely last had them and the date/time you noticed they were missing - you must give them as much detail as possible.

Check addon settings such as Lootomatic that it's not set to drop the items out of your backpack.

zBag also has fast selling options for the merchant and you can accidentally sell entire backpacks full of stuff with that if you're not careful.

I haven't downloaded or installed any additons to the game other then what is automatically downloaded. I have never sold entire bags full of stuff. Whenever i sell anything it's always one at a time. Someone or something is taking things out of my inventory.

so i received an email back from support. It stated there was no record of little devil's wings in the past 30 days so no refund will be given. I wasn't aware there was a time of limit on how long an item was missing. I am also not crazy and recall seeing them within the past thirty days. In addition to that, the two items i crafted a couple days ago that were verified by support to be in my house storage of my second character are not there. I know where i place things. The problem is that they are not there.

Silly question: Have you looked inside your Arcane Transmutor? It's possible they might be in there, especially if you added stats to them prior to your intention to send them to an alt.

its also a good idea to take screen shots of your backpack pages, bank pages and all chests ...for each toon you have...and keep them up to date if you change your inventory around

Bank, chests, housekeepers inventory, AT, rune extractor, different gear slot, magic warderobe.... there are many places to put something and forget about it... :)
