Quest: Gather Stone Totem Fragments? help!

Suposed Ange Rasa gives it, the girl for the mini game Ancient Treasure Ruins etc...
But she has nothing for me..
What am I missing here?

Go speak with Kat Rojo in Varanas Central Plaza and ride the cart to the minigame. This should activate the quest.
