Diamonds not showing up ingame

I bought Diamonds about an hour ago, and they still haven't showed up. I used Paypal and bought 2 $9.99 bundles (210 Diamonds each). What do I do? I chose the right server (US - Artemis) - EDIT: I received the Diamonds about 30 minutes ago. Now I'm enjoying the game quite well. I will purchase more in the future. Thanks

I bought diamonds LAST WEEK during the Spooky Sale and they have not showed up yet. I also used paypal to make that payment. I sent in a ticket and have not received a reply yet. Yeah.... so... might take it a while to show up for you also.

I honestly just wanted a good first experience with this game. Downloading it was a nightmare, then after it downloaded, it took days to download the patches. Now I wait to wait for my Diamonds to show up? This is just awful. ):

First time PayPal payments can sometimes take up to 24 hours to clear, due to fraud checking - subsequent payments are usually faster.

Regarding the one-week delay, that's definitely not normal - most cases like this mean that you may have made the purchase for an old account you did not know you still had.

I made the purchase on another account that I have and that is the same account I have been playing.

Also - My payal isn't "Verified", if that's what's taking forever to figure out. Nowhere does it say that it needs to be verified, though.
