pumpkin festival npc
The npc little annie gives instruction for quest for pumpkin festival but the receiving npc that's supposed to be around the varanas central district pumpkin festival is missing. The npc showed up prior to me gathering candy but once i tarted gathering haven't seen her since.
I'm having the same problem. Anyone know what is going on with that?
Annie only shows up after server maintenance after that she breaks so just save your candy till after that.
