Runes of Magic US / AU

I've got a few guildmates that have the "Luxurious Two-Story Wooden House with Basement", and was wondering if this is still available for purchase somewhere? I only see 3 houses in the Item Shop, and they don't appear to fit the description.. Is there another place to possibly acquire this house contract, or is it just no longer available?

Thank you Kalvan. I guess I can wait, it's just getting a bit crowded in my little 1-bedroom with all my crafting equipment, couches, chests, and what-have-you. :-)

I guess I can upgrade to one of the ones that ARE available right now, then upgrade again should the house with basement become available.

If I may ask, can I upgrade with all my furniture in place, or will I need to remove it to my backpack first? Or will it stay in the house menu and I just need to "Place" it again?

Yes, I understand that the floorplan will still only have 10 "Free" slots, and the rest will consume energy, but I have 10 things in my little 1-bedroom now, and I barely have room to walk. lol :-)

(All the crafting equipment, a few TP/XP items, a few chests, etc..)

I'll upgrade tomorrow, I don't want to take a chance tonight with maintenance coming up. :-)
