Weapon level atributes?

can anybody list or tell me a few of the atributes that you get by lvling a sertain weapon skill? the ones when you hit "V"

for example:

2-h sword
2-h axe
1-h axe
defense

Someone said something about just moving my cursor on top and it would say, but I don't get this, thats why I ask ty

Weapon skills only affect miss rate to my Knowledge. Dont know what physical Defense is for.

Weapon level attributes from the list on your character sheet show your proficiency. They help determine your melee accuracy with the listed weapon. In the case of Defense, it helps determine your Dodge rate. (Every character has a Dodge rate, whether or not they are a Rogue or Scout, or stack or actively use Dexterity.)

The old way of building your weapon skill in ravenfell still works. You only gain proficiency on white attacks. Rogues have less defense due to constantly dodging and one shotting mobs. And it does make a huge difference on your hit rate, which is why I strongly suggest never pleveling.

Or power level, then kill some eggs (there are couple other places where you can do this later, never tried, but I have read about it) and take gear and allow mobs to hit you... for a while... :)

Yes I knew how to lvl the skills up, but I was hearing rumors about sertain weapon lvles would give diferent atributes more then just accuracy, O.o but maybe I was been misinformed.
