Don't worry about the "quest not submitted" message. This has to do with Adv Quest Book info being sent back to the creator of AQB and not actually the game. All you need to see is "This quest has been completed." to know if you've done it or not.

Okay so my problem is that Kai did not give me the quest or that he didn't appear when I Completed it. So does that mean I need to open a ticket? Beacause Kai is not next to the thief and I didn't complete the quest that he gives you to go to the Castle.
