I have a friend (guild mate) that was questing when he got a buff to make him immune. Well when finished with the quest the buff will not go away. He can not move (walk, run ect.) He can sit down, and he can transport using the transport book. He can not use any of his skills. He has tried relogging, reinstalling, we tried pk (he can not turn pk) we tried drawing mobs to him, he is immune to all attacks on him, and he can not fight back what so ever. He has put in several tickets and has gotten the response that they do not help with quests. This is not a quest, this is the result of a quest and it is a bug of some sort. He has a bear that floats around and around him. This has been going on for a month now and no help from support. He has played this game for a very long time and has put alot of money into this game, you would think that support would help people that play their game. Support needs to fix the bug that will allow my friend to be able to play again. This has upset alot of people and we want something done for him. Realm - Reni, Andrewssoul is toon name.
