accessory tiering question

Ok i understand the benefits of tiering in general for weapons and armor. It gives like 10% per tier and all and increases the defense/damage values of armor/weapons. But for accessories is there really a benefit to tiering since they have no damage/defense values? Is there a silent 10% increase per tier in things like crit rate or crit damage? I have new accessories and am trying to decide if its worth going over tier 6.

Tiering will increase the base ghost states that come on the accessories. (Stuff like Healing power, matk, crit, patk, parry, dodge, wis, dex, etc.)

I believe the stats from plussing are not effected by tier (crit dmg on rings, HP on ears, crit rate on neck). Other ghost stats are effected, as Borella already mentioned.

Just FYI because this is a common misunderstanding. A lot of people think weapons are either 5% or 10% increase per tier. I can tell you that I stuck with T9 on my Jenny's Power xbow because T10 was only 3% or less of an increase over T9 (dps, damage, and stats/PA). So always check (using item preview or charplan add ons) before you tier anything, to see if it is worth it to you or not. Of course, there is the other reason to tier excessively, makes your epeen WAY bigger ;)

The issue is that tiering is 10% on the -base- tier stats of an item, this is why comparing a t9 to a t10 seems so minimal is because you are comparing 50% better to 60% better from the base

If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.
