toni morrok wallander quests

I recently finished the talk to toni toni's concern and one other ,the name escapes me but they are complete but it says they haven't been submitted yet in advance quest book...anyone have a clue what this means... i still cant get into the upper reaches of chrysailia. i thought finishing that line would get me attuned for that zone but it didn't...anyone have a clue ?

If you're talking about Garon's Nest where the ants kick you out each time, you need to talk to one of the camp NPC right outside, who will give you a buff and allow you to go in. Toni/Morrok line doesn't attune you for it.

As for quest book, no I have no idea.

Actually, the chain does attune you, kinda. You have to finish at the Sanctuary of Balance, then get forwarded on to see a NPC at the camp outside Garon's Nest. Then you can talk to the Weiss guy, get his quest/buff, grab the reports from the cave, bring them back. After you do that, you can just talk to Weiss and get the buff anytime you want to enter Garon's Nest.

If you don't do Weiss's quest right away and lose the buff, drop and reget the quest for a new buff. Then complete it right away so you aren't stuck.
