Random Disconnection

I need some serious help here...
I am getting disconnected every 5 minutes, I restart my laptop, my modem, my router, used the game without the router, changed the modem, the laptop is not overheating, re-downloaded the game, and the problem still occurs. I get delay from NPC chat log, from guild/party/private channels, when i use skill, sometimes I rubber-band until i finally get disconnected back to log in screen... this is really annoying, my guild needs me to push kbn-h and i am not been able to do so because of it... please help

Whats your ping when this happens? This sounds like what typically happens you your ping is too high, which would mean bad connection to RoM, but you could also try lowering graphic settings (especially view distance) if possible. i crash every 2-3 month in siege now with view distance setted to lowest, compared to 2-3 crashes per siege when I had view distance @ max.

You siege with view dist set to lowest?? wow, no way i could do that, although I think i keep mine around 3/4 of max.

Graphics are personally made but never have shown any problem before, my ping is normal 47 sometimes 55 or so.

I always ran with view distance at max, but noticed that players always seemed to fade into view at a certain distance, so now have it set at that point.
Set your view distance to max, then find another player and walk away from and back towards them. There is a certain distance where they will just pop into view. You don't need to see any farther than that, so if you set your view distance to that point you'll be fine. I think mobs and NPCs have the same draw distance as lpayers, but landscape is a bit further.

Siege was unplayable at that view distance as well. I get 5.5 FPS in siege even with view distance setted to this. I used to play in 2-4 FPS with view distance either 75%-max and end up with 0 kills everytime lol :p.

It may be hard to see a ping spike, because you'll be back to normal ping by the time you click control X to see it. But otherwise, you may have to ask someone with more experience with lag. Because ping spike it the only time that I ever see delays in game (with siege being broken back then being exception).

That seems to be a server side issue, yesterday I experienced my first sudden death. Had finished to power lvl my friend offered him a ride through varanas bridge, all of a sudden I was back to outside bridge. I tried to go several times to go to varanas east without using the transporter and the strange thing was that my mount was quick as if I were using galloping gale, even I was not. Well after a lot of attempts, I suddenly died without any particular reason after just passed the guards and all came back to normal. Well my ping is around 100 but that's normal since I play from Brazil.

Yeah i am just not sure of what is going on... i really dont... This started happening a like a week ago... i am not sure if after daylight changer of the clock.... since where i live we dont do it... i really dont know.. if its the internet, my computer or the game...
