Crafting skills

I have been collecting herbs, ore, wood etc my stats have stuck at 20 will not go any higher no matter what I do. Does anyone have any suggestions gameforge seems to think I want an unfair advantage in the game. If anyone can help I would be grateful

You can have 10 crafting skills at 0-20, then 6 at 20-40, then 3 at 40-60, then 1 at 60-80. Each boundary requires training to cross and some mats.

Heffner trainers are a lot more forgiving, by the way. They will move you across the 20 and 40 lines for free, just by asking. I suggest going there. For 60 line, Dalanis has the trainers for all crafts.

Only exception is planting. Planting does not count toward your 10,6,3,1 limits, and master (L60) trainer is in Varanas, not Dalanis.

The limits are at 9/6/3/1.

Ack. Inferiority is, as usual, correct. Not counting planting, which is a crafting skill that does not follow the rules, it is 9. 3 gathering, alchemy, cooking, blacksmithing, carpentry, armor crafting and tailoring.

I wonder what Rom-Welten had in mind when they mentioned that there is some overhauling of crafting being planned for this chapter.

Thanks your first post helped went to Heffner was able to find what I needed and have started getting progress now thanks again!
