You will need to contact Support in order to get your game account's secondary password reset. Use the Contact Support link in my sig below to do this. It will take you to our Support Portal.
Once you're there, you will need to create a Support account. Do this using the email address that's linked to your forum/game account. Let them know that you need to have your secondary password reset, and you will be contacted at the email address that you've provided.
Thanks for your help. I actually took the initiative to do what you said before your reply and am now in talks with Gameforge.
I believe the join date in the forum is generated from the first time you log into the forum.
I'be been around since about August/September 2008 but my joinn date isn't anywhere near that far back.

My belief is that the EU and US forums AND game are entirely separate account databases. Note the "us" in the URL like forum.us.runesofmagic.com for the US one, and just nothing for the EN one -- forum.runesofmagic.com.
Siochain (sp?) is an EU server, so I would expect your game login to work on EU forums ONLY -- this is US forum. "JokesNZ" here is probably a 2nd literal account, though possibly with the same name.
I can't log into the EU forums using this account. Also, I suspect this causes some of the "I bought diamonds but they're not on my account" problems -- they actually go to the wrong one between EU/US. I've seen links from the US client go to EU diamond purchase page, so it's a super easy confusion to occur.
Yeah I find it odd I have the ability to post on the US Forums but not the EU Forums seeing as this account is linked to my EU server account. Would any moderator like to comment on this possible bug?
