Currently we have technical issues when trying to redeem a key or log in on our website. Our IT is already investigating this and working on a fix. If you currently have issues redeeming a key or logging on our website, please try again at a later point.

Due to mass accounts being created for retrieving multiple advent calender rewards, people were managing to rake in hundreds of today/yesterday's daily quest reset tickets.

Simple solution: Make it so only email validated accounts can submit codes.

i havent been able to redeem 1 key code yet...starting from day 1...are you guys going to allow us the chance to get these items when the site is fixed? no reason to "punish" the honest players....

Yeah hundreds PER PERSON..... Hearing people talk about the 100-200 daily resets they got from this.

I won't lie, I bought a bunch from people who were selling codes like the Adv bag codes. I thought it was some kind of promotional give away. Didn't know about advent calender til just yesterday.

Now I've got dirty quest tickets! >_<

Yeah I wish there would be some sort of punishment to anyone who did this. It's not fair to players who chose not to abuse the system. A lot of profit was made yesterday in a not so moral way.

Instead of punishing the honest players for the actions of exploiters by disabling the redeem key function, why not ban those that chose to exploit the advent calendar?

Because it's best to do preventative maintenance than reprimand and lost potential players/revenue.

In a business perspective that is.

Makes me wonder why they give us nice things. When people are so eager to ruin it for everyone else.

The Redeem Key page has been restored.

Use it wisely.

For prevention, make the prizes bound to the account used to get them and limited to one per account the way many of the promos do.

Do a quick trace, see who has suddenly obtained a bunch of reset tickets and delete all those that came from freshly created accounts. I just don't think it's right that people should keep things they got through an exploit.

I knew there was going to be trouble as soon as I saw someone in world saying the advent gift was a daily reset

Unfortunately, I don't think it works that way. While you can tell who a code belonged to, I'm not sure you can tell who used it.

I'm just glad it was caught (relatively) early on and we didn't have a Purified Fusion Stone or ABL crisis on our hands.

How have you not been able to get 1 yet? Where are you encountering difficulties?

One of my friends who abused this exploit attempted to log in today. He was greeted with "Your account has been suspended. Please contact support."

They'll get 'em :)
