The Fastcard issue you are referring to should be fixed. Some stores might have not stocked up on them or changed their portfolio, but we are not dead
For the CC issue, I think it would be best to contact our support and thus, billing department, to clarify what might be wrong in the settings or if the card you are using is eligible. CCs are used all around the world, it does not really matter where the company sits once a CC is involved. Just some payment methods might not be available to you which are for other countries but that does not count for CCs.
