Purchasing diamonds by cc.

Until recently I purchased rom game cards from target to purchase my diamonds. A few weeks ago I went to purchase a game card and I was told the game is dead and that they stopped stocking the game card. I would stick to zeevex but the diamond bonus is weak in comparison. I tried to use my debt card for the purchase but the transaction was decline over and over again. My bank called me telling me that somone over seas keepy trying to run my credit card and they keep declineing it. I bank in america and I play this game in america. Please come up with a way to run my credit card in america so I someday can purchase diamonds again.

While my bank (USA) has successfully done debit transactions for RoM diamonds, they charge an additional fee to do it internationally. This of course discourages sales.

You would think that a company that generates its income online would make purchasing diamonds easier for its consumers.

The Fastcard issue you are referring to should be fixed. Some stores might have not stocked up on them or changed their portfolio, but we are not dead ^^

For the CC issue, I think it would be best to contact our support and thus, billing department, to clarify what might be wrong in the settings or if the card you are using is eligible. CCs are used all around the world, it does not really matter where the company sits once a CC is involved. Just some payment methods might not be available to you which are for other countries but that does not count for CCs.

I'm sorry I might be adding to the confusion my cc is a debt card not really a cc per say. My bank will not allow this transaction because it is being billed overseas.

I would like to encourage you to sit down with your bank to find ways for you to pay bills from overseas. This issue seems pretty much to be nothing our billing dept. can help with :/
