Tracking back quests

So finally I decided to roll back all the way to pick the quests I left behind and there are a few that I cannot pick or complete. So far I´m stucked in 2 specifically

on Weeping Coast quest Trap - npc does not give me the quest at all.

on Tergothen Bay quest [URL='http://www.runesdatabase.com/quest/424460']Effective Cough Medicine[/url] that is a pre-requirement for the one I need Weapon Advance. The first one the guy that was supposed to give me the Miraculous Cure does not give me anything, just selling recipes.

Well, did I miss somethint? You guys could help me with any info about it? Thanks in advance

Don't recall trap.

Effective Cough medicine is pain in the butt. Let me nudge you in the right direction - go there before you had your dailies done for the day, and read the quests carefully.

Go into the cave where the pirates are and start clicking on the crates in there to find a Suspicious Looking Sample.

ok, thanks to you guy I was able to finish both questlines, now again on Weeping Coast there's this Glory And Pain. On Runesdatabase says it's a part of Honor Title questline, so how do I finish this, is the only quest for me to clear that area.

If you have already completed the "Heart of the Ocean", you should be able to pick that up from Sequitee just inside the instance.
