The only way you can transfer items is if they are not bound. The only thing you can unbind from item shop is wings.
Well, technically you can also do costumes. You can agg the costume on unbound piece of gear and then send that gear with costume on it to another toon. But something tells me you don't mean costumes.
The only other things transferable is not transferable directly. If you have a lot of AT charges, you can transfer the value of those charges by making the (unbound) high tier mana stones. If you have puries, you can make blank mana stones or you can make stats on a toon that has the puri, not on a toon that will use it. Again, you are not transferring it directly, you are just transferring the value. Same goes for gear enhancements. Have gems or drillers and a piece of unbound gear? Have the alt drill it and plus it.
Anything else, not transferable.
