Pvp fix anytime soon?

I understand why you guys screwed over the arenas, but what is the point in needing 3 people on each team to start? Or 6 people or whatever. It's pointless really. Sure the arenas were unbalanced and noobs would be put against 100khp r/s's, but it was better than it is now. I am not endgame but im statting fairly well, and many people know once you reach that peak you can't do much but farm the crap out of kbnh, do dailies, minis, and sw for one hour. Before I quit the game and returned I loved pvp. I am still quite addicted to the pvp gameplay. But you screwed over arenas so they are pretty much unplayable. Hoping maybe you guys can fix this to the way it used to be? That would be super fantastic.

I think fixing content related to leveling should be top priority.

PvP is nice but it's not crucial that it be fixed immediately. Currently the main quest line in the game is broken, preventing players from reaching over level 57.

i'm with supaa on this one...plz fix pvp, i bearly play my twink anymore, as the arena's don't work 90% of the time, so i'd just log on, queue, hop around all day, missing all the best instance runs, telling people "i can't, waiting for arena", log off...and i won't even begin to mention when you join a 6v6 and u get 6 players in(ik, unbelievable, right? ...but it does happen once in a blue moon) and it puts all 6 on same team, and match doesn't start...AND you can't even kill people for 2min after match has ended... >.<

edit at post above: my main is stuck at lvl 62(and i already have a new gear and weap for 65)...and as pissed off as i am about broken quests, i'd rather see arena fixed first...arcanium arena WAS a step in the right direction, i just wish SOMETHING would carry over from match to match, other than hotkeys(idk, maybe can buy extra skill slot for use in the arena with the points?)

I would like to see them fix the pvp reward system.

First off, the only rewards from pvp is honor points and badges of the trial. Of course, the pvp servers also get ability to gain gear from other players. As far as I know that is all, no extra titles(refering to dueling and battlegrounds), the reputation system does not "gain" any benefits, no real incentive.

Honor points for seems materials is decent, but the 1.3 billion for the set of gear, that appears to be level 50, 55, or 60(?), is worst than the badge of the trial/guild title system. The required amount to get the gear is ridiculously high and the gear seems not very spectacular in comparison(or even equivelent) to what same level gear drops from instances, or the gear reward packages(the 50, 55, 60 blue gear packages). Its too high an amount of work for very low rewards.

As for the badge of the trial and guild title system, the required amount for the next title is exponetial compared to the (near horizontal) linear rate at which they can be aquired. The guild titles are really quite decent, but the only way to achieve the badges is to participate in siege or non standard rare events. And even then the requirement to get the end title(or not even close) would take years, as compared to being able to achieve level 75(the current level cap) in a week to a month.

I recommend adjusting these super high requirements for the titles and that gear, or increasing the rewards per a duel/battlefield/siege. But I clearly do not forsee that happening. I hate to say it, it would be most practical for honor points and badges of the trial to be available in the item shop at the very minimum so that at least the pay to win people can obtain these guild titles and gear in a semi reasonable time frame.

There's different departments that do different thing. Fixing (or should I say, unbreaking) the arenas isn't going to have any effect on how long the main questline is broken.

Arenas were fine enough the way they were, then changes came in to make them terrible. Autoclosing matches and making people immune for 25 seconds after dying were things that they just decided to throw in. And those changes are the direct cause for killing 3v3 6v6 and so on. As a result fewer people even bother trying to sign up, which leads to more match closing because of the 80% requirement (that has no reason to be there) is in effect.

I think those points are from something else, not the same as honor pts from siege/arena.

But yeah, the pvp arenas suck now.

That is an issue that I (and I bet many others as well) have been trying to get forwarded for ages now. Not just the Honor Points but even the 'Arena Gift' which yields level 51 health herbs is so out of data its not funny - Its was probably alright at 50-60 cap but now its too insignificant.

As for the Badge of Trial and siege titles, its takes around 2 years give or take a month or 2 to reach iron blood assuming you siege every night and win on average 50% of the time...while they are the among the best titles and buffs in game, that is still a very long time.
