LVL 7X seeds gone to...

Anyone know where they put the 70's seeds for planting? It used to be on Varanas West on planting master, but now this npc shows the same seeds from Obsidian Stronghold. So any hints?

Same NPC, other dialog option. You can get all levels of planting in Varanas now.
