Patching will not continue?

Okay, I have had literally the most difficult time downloading this game, after it froze halfway through the original download I had to restart it after waiting forever, but it finally downloaded, now I am working on this "patching" which apparently they have a lot to patch because it seems never ending.. but my problem this time is that I am on patch 5.0.1.2557 and it says 100% in both of the bars, yet it is froze, it will not do anything, I have reopened the window 4 times and yet it still does the same exact thing every time.. It just stays on this page. After looking through some of the threads here I see that you can manually download the patches, but obviously it's not advised, not to mention there are 11 more patches (as far as I can tell) after this one, so I am just unsure of what to do next, it's stuck on 100% and isn't going to the next patch, just sitting there. Any help would be appreciated.

You can close down the game launcher and restart it. That shouldn't[b] cause any problems.

And now that I've said that, I'm going to recommend that you [b]temporarily
shut off your anti-malware program and, if you're not using Windows Firewall, shut off any 3rd-party firewall that you may be using. After you've done that, restart the game launcher and let it start updating again. (If you're using a notebook computer with a wireless connection, see if you can't hook it up directly to your router/residential gateway with a Cat-5 ethernet cable. It's faster and more reliable.)

Once the game has finished updating, re-enable your anti-malware and/or firewall programs.
