problems with getting into game

after a few reboots, I managed to get the client to open, and I can now get to the loading screen, but the loading bar stays empty and after a few minutes it kicks me back to log in. any ideas?

I've known this to occur when someone is successfully attempting to log into your game account whilst playing, but that's highly uncommon.

That's my only guess. Hoping someone's more enlightened and correct than I am.
