Fusion Stones

I'm finally gonna make some mana stones but a question or 2.
I read one of the guides about statting and it said fusions stones must all be the same. Do they mean every stat on the stone or only the first stat.

Do i need for example 3 EXACTLY identical
Like +3 stanima +3 str and + defense for each of the stones int his order or can it be like
+3 stanima+ 3 dextertity + magic defense

oh and when they say buy gear with one high stat how high should the stat be?

All 3 stats need to be the same. There are extensive guides for it, but in short, your arcane transmuter takes the 6 worst stats and puts it on your equipment, but will not put 2 identical stats on it. so having 3 identical crappy stats from the fusion stones allows you to put 3 nice stats on it.

Not sure what you mean by buy gear with 1 high stat... If you're dirty statting, you should be getting overdura, white pieces with no stats on them.

He probably means gear with X stats, that he will use to produce fusion stones.

As already said, they should be all 3 (or 2 if you lucky enough to get one with 2 stats) the same stats. One with 2 stats are usable if there is stat on gear that you like to keep.

Otherwise, getting puries is cheap now days, you can opt for all clean stating, instead of dirty stating.
