Where is the Addon Folder?

So last night after siege I restarted my ROM to save war record. I tried to reopen rom and I get the black screen and auto closes. I delete rom and decide to do a clean install (it's been a year). After install and updating to 5.0.0.7 I open the rom folder and no addon folder to put my curse addons in. Am I blind or did I do something wrong? Anyone do a new install recently?

I play this game for a year more or less. AFAIK there were never an addon folder. The thing you might be missing is, you probably installed your first addons via curse client and at some point you might heard that curse had a virus. Botton line is, curse automatically create this folder so, if you want to do it without installing curse again, just enter your rom folder and create a folder called interface and inside interface create a folder called addons and place your addons there and see the magic happening :D

If I remember correctly, who knows been a few years, you always had to create the "addon" folder and put it in your self.

That is correct. The interface/addons folder path is not added by default during an install, so you must create it yourself.

Though the game supports add-ons, Gameforge/Runewaker take no responsibility of your use thereof. They do however dictate what is/isn't allowed as far as add-ons go. So if an add-on makes your computer go boom, well that's your problem (though of course, we add-on developers try not to make that happen ;)).

"Bad Image" wasn't really an appropriate name for this thread. There aren't even any images in this thread, never mind any bad ones.

I have renamed the thread to something more suitable.
