How to send support ticket to a GM for transfering permanent mount ?

There is no use sending in a ticket to request transfers, as that has been disabled for a while now.
As far as contacting support, go to http://support.runesofmagic.com/ and create an account (use same email address as your main RoM account) and go from there.

oh i thought mount transfer allowed within same acc's characters. Anyway thankx for info

mount transfer was allowed with Frogster America only i think. Frogster EU didnt allow it and neither does Gameforge
