Gathering Question...

I'm a lvl 58 scout and didn't keep up on gathering as I leveled up. Mining, woodcutting, herbalist are all at lvl 20. I've tryed going back to gathering, lvl 20 and below items, and I'm not gaining levels. I can collect items up to lvl 20 but no % increase.

Did I screw up not keeping up or is it a glitch?

0-20 is novice. Then you need to study to qualify to 20-40. I suggest doing in Heffner - unlike OS and Varanas trainers they will raise your qualifications with no quests.

Keep in mind that only 6 professions can be 20-40, only 3 can be 40-60 and only 1 can be 60-80.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
