Runes of Magic US / AU

This letter comes from completing the Morrok Wallinder "Envoy of the Dragons" questline from Thunderhoof Hills through to Limo Desert.

The Envoy quest line is now complete. If you have also completed the Lionheart Knight quest chain from Thunderhoof Hills through to Limo Desert, you should find that Ike, Jill or Morrok (I forget which) will have a quest for you where you left them in Limo Desert. This begins the merged quest line running through Land of Malevolence and beyond.

If they do not have a quest for you, you have likely lost track of Toni/Callaway and Iswan along the way - look for them. You may find that tracing back any missing quest titles could help locate them.

I goofed. I was doing the envoy quests when I got the quest to go find Shaquapuh in Dalanis. I didn't see that Ike would transport me dirctly, instead I took the long way back. I found Shaq and got his letter. Iread the letter. I think I am a Lionheart knight, way back in Return to Glory questline.
Now I can't find where to resume the envoy quests.

As Kroagnon said, it's likely that you've completed the Envoy of the Dragons questline and are now in Magical Reconstruction.

You didn't specify the name of the quest you were attempting to complete, but it may be "Return to Dalanis" (http://www.runesdatabase.com/quest/424213) If it is, you're definitely in the Magical Reconstruction questline.
