I'm level 0?

So I created a new toon on Osha, only to find out that when I leveled and logged off, my level would be reset to zero on the character select screen.

When I log into the game, I go back to level 1 even though I was level 11 about 45 seconds before.

HALP!

Hi Zombolini,

Thanks for the report and sorry for the inconvenience - there was an issue with the database post-maintenance.
The issue is now fixed and you should be able to create a character safely and with no loss of progress.

Have a nice game.

Sorry Cernunna, but your message is short to point what about those who have lost progress and like in OP case have lost 10-11 levels??

Takes like twenty minutes or less to get to level 11... Don't think its a big deal.

I just logged in, used a 10,000 exp orb and logged out.

Nope. My exp keeps disappearing when I return to the character selection screen...

REALLY hoping I don't have to make a new character... I bought a Flying Rune Disc for this toon...

Ok, so I decided to create a new character since my current one is bugged...

Can I get my Flying Rune Disc moved to that character? Not a large request considering Magby is completely borked.

Magby was created during this period where the database was broken so she's forever broken, right?

True, how much is 20 minutes of your life? (over and over again... :D reminds me of In Time (or something like that - movie :))

It actually takes 1 min in Origin to go past that level... (Usually get ~16K in ho(R/N)or party for first group of 4 bugs :D)

It's quite possible that this character is defective. I'd advise you to put in a ticket and explain the situation thoroughly to Support. They should be able to assist you on this matter.
