Yesterdays diamond purchase missing

So yeah, I purchased a $99.99 order of diamonds yesterday at 2:38 pm EST acording to the confirmation email I recieved about it. I have checked both my active accounts, as well as both servers I have characters on, Indigo, where I no longer play and Artemis where I now play and where the diamond purchase was directed/intended for.

It has not been 22 hours and I have yet to recieve the diamonds. This purchase puts me to around $2,750 spent on dias in 2.5 years and have never had this happen, although I have heard of it, but what can be done? Being a person who has spent 20 years in the Culinary world, I find it dificult to grasp on why companies tolerate such latency. In my field of work, there would be people loosing their jobs (Some likely immediately as well as some by the end of the work day/that persons shift) then there would be a manditory meeting or be terminated with in a month. If its something the directly effects money coming in, a resturant will nearly slit your throat and toss you out the back door for the rats to take care of.

Is wish all companies worked like this, because if they did. RoM would work 100% and be the hotest MMO on the planet

You didn't specify the payment method, so I can only speculate.

If it was a first-time PayPal purchase (no matter how much you may have spent on the game previously), then it can take up to 24-48 hours--depending on when the purchase was made--for your diamonds to arrive. Considering that you made the purchase on a weekend and today is President's Day, a Federal and bank holiday, it may take longer for a new PayPal purchase to clear. This is a PayPal security feature, not one instituted by Gameforge.

It may make a difference that you're putting diamonds on a different server this time around, but I don't know that for being a fact. Again, speculation on my part.

Diamond purchases are automated, so they're untouched by human hands. (An image occurs to me of a boiler room full of Chimpanzees, but...never mind. :D )

If you haven't received your diamonds, you may wish to consider contacting Support. You can use one of the links on the site's main page or the Contact Support link in my signature. If you haven't already created a Support account, you will have to do so when you get to the Support Portal.

In your ticket, provide as many details as possible: When the diamonds were purchased, diamond package bought, payment method used, game account name, server the diamonds were going to, and so on.

Above all, please be polite. You're corresponding with a person, not a machine. Even though you're upset--and I do understand that--being irate in your ticket will not help matters at all.

While there's nothing I can do directly to help you, I do apologize for the inconvenience.

I contacted support already, haven't heard anything from them, but don't expect to for portentialy a few days and I used my CC for the payment, it went through right away. As u said though, I wasn't thinking about the holiday weekend and switching servers things. The first purchase I ever made way back on Indigo might have taken a day, but I'm pretty sure it was under an hour. I've always used my CC or zeevex

To my understanding the Credit Card payment method does not work for USA CCs that are backed by USA Banks.
I know it is a bit confusing and it does look like your purchase was confirmed by the website it was not done.

Check with your CC company and see if the charge went through, pretty sure it did not. Something to do with Money Brokers not accepting USA backed Credit Cards.

Has been an issue for a good bit, thought they changed it for USA customers but guess not.

Moneybookers accepts CC's just fine, I use mine everytime I reach the purchase limit for paypal and never had a problem. Also I bank with wells fargo. Not sure if its a USA only bank or international but it works everytime. I have also used a GreenDot refillable visa card beforr. Most people that seemed to have purchased their diamonds right before the website broke last weekend during the sale have been experiencing issues getting the diamonds they attempted to buy.

If you are positive that your purchase went through and you have been charged by your bank then contact support and let them know.

Its possible you bought them for the wrong server and if so ask support if they can move them to the correct server. I'm not sure if they will though.

IMPORTANT : Also give it some time before you dispute it with paypal or your bank because the moment you do they will ban your account until the dispute has been resolved.

If you paid with zeevex then verify your tokens were deducted and that your diamonds are not on a different server. If you don't have them on any other server contact support with your receipt's reference number and the server you were trying to put them on, also include the date and time of your purchase.

DO NOT send in multiple tickets because it will take longer.

It might take up to a week to hear from support and/or get your diamonds.

Are you people even reading what I typed? Because half the the things ya'll are saying are already said/explained in my two posts..but what the hell, I'll said it again.

I used a Master card CC. They took the money and they took it in under 60 seconds. Yes that means the money was removed from my account. I recieve a text message on my cell phone every time there is a charge and I recieve that text almost instantly. I logged into the site (for this card its my H&R Block emerald card and it worked to purchase around $700 in dias last year around tax season). Its now ben 50 hours and still no diamonds, its been roughly 36 hours since I sent in a support ticket and have yet to get a response for either of the two sent in. Yes, the email went through, I've recieved the confirmation on those as well.

I have bought enough diamonds in 2.5 years, to have paid for a p2p for over 9 years at a rate of $15/month. I've used all but paypal options for my purchases. Greendot card, Master card, visa, H&R Block emerald master card, the $25 RoM cards from Target, the $10 zeevex card from local Walgreens and the $20 zeevex card from local 7-11's. I have yet to make diamond purchase that was under 99.99. One day I spent $310 on the $10 zeevex, just to get the 155 golden hammers, so I'd have a even 5 stacks (As a K/S I was going through almost 1 per day on 8 pieces of gear and that was just farming ejs's in TB) I'll take a couple SS's of all my unused item shop, items on Indigo.

Am I allowed to post SS links here? lol been playing since October 2010 and I never looked at the forums until 2/17/13

Sorry, I've been away for a couple of days.

Since you've already contacted Support, stay in contact with them--keep checking your email.

One other question. Are you absolutely certain you put the diamonds on Artemis? Check your Indigo account to see if they didn't accidentally show up there. It's been known to happen.

Five days and I've received a response from the support ticket saying the diamonds where delivered properly, but I have yet to see them in game. I got the response yesterday and responded with an SS of my account with the Item Shop window open, showing what I have, so I'm guessing its going to be at least another week, before getting a fix.

This is upsetting, because I bought them with the intent of waiting for a sale like this weekends PFS/Charges gasha one...I'd have spent all 3.3k diamonds on this sale.
