Using Zeevex diamonds on AH?

If diamonds are bought with a Zeevex card, are they immediately usable on the AH? I remember if you use Paypal or a card they ask you to wait 30 days before using them on the AH

Hello Xtensity,

Ever since the migration to the Gamepay payment system. All diamonds are unlocked the payment method no longer matters.

So Yes, it should be tradable on the Auction House.
