Sigh... You guys didn't buy the gasha before from the previous sale when it was packaged with runes, right? It showed up that way when you bought it, you still got multiples. That is just the way gashas are. If someone doubts me, I'll dig up a screenshot showing that.

That does not mean they are not bugged this time, but try to find out information before jumping to conclusion. At least OP phrased thread subject in form of a question.

Yes the rune gashas had runex1, runex2, runex3, runex4 and looked like "item, rune, rune, rune, rune" Meaning you could get up to 4 runes presumably because rune was listed 4 times. These are advertised as chargex1, chargex3, chargex5 and yet look like "item, charge, charge, charge" Meaning you CAN NOT get x5, at best x3.

Would be helpful if you actually used information in your post rather than jumping to the defense of an inept company.

See that "there is also a chance that you will get 1 other fantastic item from the list for free" sentence, same as today's gasha. I trust it your reading abilities are sufficient to parse that sentence.



And as a bonus screenshot, here is me getting 2. You might want to check that it was 2x[rune], not 1x[rune] twice.



Hopefully you won't need screenshot showing the multiplier in the item shop (but not in inventory). If you do, please let me know and I'll find that one.

Let's see the EU servers are already stating the sale is bugged. I think I will believe a random poster over anything this company says.

It has come to be the norm for RoM ( whoever is supposedly running it ) to break something every time they release something, whether it be Festivals/Sales/Promotions. Why is it after 4 or 5 years of running the same festivals does it still bug/break main quest lines.

RoM has earned it's reputation.

And this is a good example why... ROM (which is not 5 year old, btw, unless you count pre-release) is not running same festivals. Each year the festival does something different and this year's quests broke the quest line. The part that is old and repeated is not causing the problem and was not during previous years, the part that is new is the one that did.

None of it is relevant to topic of gashas, of course, but I don't expect some people to understand that.

After asking up the line, I have been informed that although a text glitch makes it appear that there is only one charge item per "slot", the multipliers do indeed work. You can get up to 900 charges from Gasha 3 in addition to the puri package (though I cannot state how likely this is.)

Having consistency or at least the decency to indicate that listed items are actually pre-stacked items should not be that difficult. Yes, these gashas will say that you have a chance to get 1 item from the list in addition to the first item. There were also gashas that gave you up to 5 items from the list. Complaints regarding the previous gasha rune sale should have at least gone somewhere to indicate that there is a difference between "100 Arcane Charges" and "100 Arcane Charges" whether the result is bugged or not.

Let's say this was a prepaid parking pass with a scratch off. It can come with a day extra, 3 days extra, 5 days extra or no extra days. If every ticket had either no extra days or extra day, what would your first thought be? "Oh, I got 1 extra day" not "well extra day might mean 5!"

If getting 300 and 500 in the same gasha is possible then they need to learn what kind of language to use. "One other" does not indicate "One other or more"

do a little more research there Rustyx and educate yourself....let me help you out the game was called Radiant Arcana before it was released to the english speaking countries. Had so many problems Runewaker closed it down wiped out everything and then re-released it.

Lets see how many people end up with 900 charges from one gasha purchase vs how many get none to 100 from that package.

The implication of the thread and title of the thread is that gashas are bugged. They are not. At worst, they had misleading description when they are bought. That is very minor; people don't look at the item they bought to find out what it is, they look at the item in item shop.

The description might have mislead the less informed, sure. They are still wrong. And, hey, they have misleading description on a lot of stuff. I don't go around posting "wings are bugged" threads because wing description is misleading, and has been for as long as I playing the game.

Anyway, the real question about gashas has always been "what kind of chances are assigned to different choices", and that was never available on any description. You can calculate the chances of you hitting jackpot at the slot machine, the lottery publishes odds as well. Here, you can't tell what chances you have for 0, 1, 2 or 5 items. That is what is really important in deciding if item is worth buying or not, not the paranoid delusion of cluless jumping to wrong conclusion.

I don't think that is accurate either (sorry, Zavod). I don't think you can get more than 1 choice.

Now, this is more useful. Thanks for posting actual information, and secondary confirmation that you can get 2X.

My success rate on 10x Gasha 1 is

5x nothing
5x 10 charges.

Either Gasha 1 has lower chances or you had better luck.

As for the whole bugged after being bought ting i noticed a pattern.
if there were no multipliers after purchase they had none or 1
if there was x2 or x3 then usually upon opening I would get x2 or x3 what ever showed on the info.

It's funny how many people complain about this game being bugged and the "company" being inept and slow to respond and whatever else. I didn't realise anyone was holding a gun to your head and making you play. You B**ch and complain about how bad it is but you keep playing. Move on... There are other games out there... I'm sure you can find things wrong with them also... Or better yet, write your own game... Can't do that?? Oh well... Life goes on.
