It happened to me again. A week ago I had a tinc feather dagger go missing from my r/s, submitted ticket..... Today I sold some stuff in AH, then bought some Tribute gear for my d/s. Logged off after siege registration, logged in a hour or so later, and my poor d/s was back with the old gear and still missing the gold I bought it with. Looks like my toon got rolled back a few hours, just long enough for the gold and gear both to be gone.... Bad enough loosing one or the other but both.... And yes I have submitted another ticket for these missing items. But I have a feeling I am going to get the same response "we checked (character name), but unfortunately cannot reproduce the loss of the mentioned item, Please check the item name again, perhaps you are mixing something up here. Do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further questions."..... Anyone else have this happen to them and was it ever resolved? Should I give up on getting these items back?
