Where can I find the slim client?

I haven't played in almost a year but decided to get back into RoM. I am having a texture problem that was apparently an issue for many from a patch. However; on all the help threads I found they never mentioned what patch it was and many had found a solution by simply using the slim client; but I can't seem to locate it on the site. Does anyone know where I can find it on RoMs site? thanks.

There is no Slim Client any more.

There are two ways to grab install files:
  1. Use the GameforgeLive downloader to download and install;
    (Many have had bad experiences with this, but maybe give it a try?)
  2. Grab the install files from the direct and mirror links provided by Inferiority.


When patching, please disable any security software you use as this seems to be the most common cause of patching issues.

Yeah I saw that direct and mirror links and didn't like the idea of all the multiple links. I seemed to have bad enough luck with the full version which is just one. Oh well; I will give it a try if my purple ground starts bugging me enough :) ty for links.

I tried them; but wasted hours. Each one has some sort of limitation and preventing the download completely and smoothly. Hopefully the full version will reinstall correctly.

As I understand it, the 2 Frogster links have no limitation.
Filefactory won't let you download more than 500Mb unless you are a member but the Depositfiles links should be fine even with the waiting time limit between downloads.
