Secondary password ?

I last played in 2009. I updated today, then tried to play the game. It knew my old userid and password, but then it asked me for a secondary password. I don't remember having to do that before, and have no idea what it was/would be. I went to Account Management, and it offered me the option to reset my secondary password, which I successfully did. But now I don't see an option to set a new one. There is a "Reset" button, which I used to reset it, but I don't see anything to click on to set a new one.

Help ?

You will be asked to set a new one when you next log in to the game.

Did not work for my alt, had to open ticket and after a second try was able to change it...

I've had a similar problem as the OP, and have yet to see ANY emails in response to my Secondary Password Reset Request. Is this due to a delay caused by distance from the servers, or is this due to nobody being in the office, as this is a weekend?

I believe there is a small delay between clicking the button in Account Management to reset it and the reset actually taking place, but it shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
