Freedom of Imprisonment

I can't find the boy that ppl were talking about in the old thread and i can't get over the boxes and i can't up the side of the castle near the bad guy and i'm a mage and i get "Can't see Target" error message when i throw my T-Storm at him ..so now that i used all of my resources up what do i do now?
If anyone has any ideas on what i need to do please tell me
i would grately appreciate it ..

Did you check runesdb? Because the comments on this quest are pretty extensive and tells you exactly what you need to do.
