did we get trolled?

so the EU forums was talking about the purify runes and quickness IIIs being a tradein item for this anniversery event... but I see nowhere that they are being exchanged... altho people were selling stacks for 1m on osha :)

From what I understand, that's what the Anniversary page said when they first were testing it, before everything had been finalized. Someone saw it before it went back down and told other people, but Gameforge was still tweaking it, and decided to do mats instead...which is what the Anniversary page said when it was actually up.

That could be it, too. Regardless, people shouldn't have spoken up about it before it was finalized. I'm happy with the mats though. :)

They should make it 44 tin ore for 44 proofs, just to make borella angry =)
