RoM won't play

For some reason I can't seem to play runes of magic. I downloaded everything with no errors. Then when it said to click play, i pressed it but nothing happened. I tried pressing play multile times, but nothing happens.
Can anyone help me with this issue please?

My only guess at this time is that the launcher doesn't know what region of RoM it has to load.
1 - Click the "Region/Language" button and set your region to something random and click OK/Apply.
2 - Then set it again to USA.
3 - Click "Play" and see if anything happens this time.
