daily reset tickets

seeing how this new patch have taken... well all day are we getting daily reset tickets?

For all of those people who bought a magic perfume, the night before this. Do they get reimbursed for the off time that they couldn't use it?

Most likely Not, Old team that used to Manage this game would of but not the new one :/
Or if they do, you'll see it back in 2 months ;)

AFAIK they don't even give the promotional thing ticket they sent us on mail. They'll claim that's your e-mail provider fault.
