Tundra Crystals Quest

after a few weeks off i came back and made it into Mehdrin Tundra (think i spelled it right). got up to a quest called Tundra Crystals.... am now lost at where to go and what to do? any suggestions from someone that has done it?

i found where they are supposed to be but there is nothing there for me to obtain... inside to the right, up the ramp near where the guy needed to be rescued... have the yellow dots showing on map , just not there. Oh , and i am in Thalia (AU) we only have 1 channel so can't change channels to see if that works.

Is this inside the Korum Dome?

If it is, then I remember not going right & up the ramp but rather to the left and into one of the lower level chambers and gathering the items there.
