What do the new titles in item shop do?

Would be nice to have some info on these new titles....maybe in the description of the item...in the actual item shop??!!!! i've spent way too much time trying to look up this information for guildies...and after an hour i haven't found 1 piece of information....

you guys want people to buy stuff from the item shop but u can't go 1 step further and put in a description

No problem, but I agree that titles on the itemshop should at least display what they do in the tooltip in game. Or even let you know if you have them or not!
