Need a new guild and to be guided along the way

This'll be my 3rd time coming back to this game and I always end up quitting because of being bored of straight up grinding and no parties/guild or nothing. I don't mind starting in a new server, i was like 35/30ish anyway. I just want someone or guild to help me out along the way and people to talk to so I won't get bored again.
