Free armor packs are given by the following & have no pre-quests:
- 50 = Biang Fenren (Weeping Coast)
- 55 = Kabo Kannedy (Thunderhoof Hills)
- 60 = Sam Kanting (Northern Janost Forest)
There is a free 65 armor pack but you will discover that by following the main quest line through Land of Malevolence.
There are no further armor packs to collect but each zone from Redhill Mountains onwards has an armor set to collect from quest rewards.
The level 50 armor pack is just a copy of the quest reward items from the end of Coast of Opportunity & Xaviera.
