refining recipes for thunderhoof grass

Can anyone please tell me where to find the herbalism refining recipes for level 71 dovetail flower and level 75 thunderhoof grass? Thanks!

I believe the Herbalist in Front Line Alliance Camp in Ancient Kingdom of Rorazan has them.

However, not being a Herbalist, I cannot be certain.

I can confirm it. go to fornt line camp and you will find the recipies for refining you seek :)
