Gathering Quest Question

For some reason, I'm only able to complete two of the three gathering rank promotion quests. I had all 3 active but when I turned in 2, the third one was canceled and I could no longer get it.
Is this a glitch, or is it something they added since I last played?

At which level? Out of all the profession, you can have 10 at level 1-20, 6 at 20-40, 3 at 40-60, 1 at 60-80, and they just added 1 at 80-100. My guess is that you are trying to promote more than the allowed number, which is why the system is cancelling one of your promotion.

I had the same problem this week too. I was able to get Mining, Wood to Craftsman but it would not allow me to do herbalism. I did send in a ticket about it but I have yet to receive a response from support.

It won't let me elevate my gathering skill for woodcutting, and I know it can be done. I had one answer from another person that it can take awhile for it to register.

I can elevate any of the three gathering skills, but it only lets me complete two of the quests. I've tried downgrading back to the 1-20 level and redoing the quests, but it only lets me do two, cancels the third and doesn't let me accept it again.

Same for me, I can redo , but I can only complete 3 of the quests and the 3rd it wipes it out

I am not sure if it is due to the crafting festival or what.

I had to demote my 3 gathering skills and Blacksmith and Armorcrafting in order to get cooking to craftsmen at Heffner Camp.

Then I used the festival NPCs to upgrade Blacksmith and Armorcrafting to Craftsmen (now all 6 production is craftsmen and above)

Now, I am stuck without the any way to upgrade Gathering to Craftsmen.

I don't think this was intended as I think Gathering and Production skills are separate and can level both sides of crafting to craftsmen.

Yes, Gathering skills count along with the crafting skills. You can have one skill to 100 (the new cap), 2 to 60, 3 to 40, and the others will be stuck at a max of 20.
