Im having a account problem

When i try to create a new account i type in my info everything is correct, i click play now for free, and all i get is this large red box/bar above Register now and play in your browser, and below the runes of magic logo
Please help me be able to create a new account

when you go to register make sure you are using runesofmagic.us or you may try to connect to the eu and it wont let you in.also there have been reports of cetain ips not working if possible try to use a vpn or something.

First, you need to make sure you've answered the activation email sent to the account you registered to the site. Do that. If you don''t, you won't be authorized to log in and play the game.

Then, make sure you have downloaded, installed, and updated the game client. Once that's done, make certain that the Region and Language (use the Region/Language button on the client launcher screen) is set to USA/English.

I have the game downloaded
its set up properly
ive been playing for a year
on dif accounts
I just havn't created a new one in a while
I'm not havn't a problem playing the game im having a problem creating an account.
Is there a way to share a picture of what is showing when i try to create a new account?

Yes, you cannot get there from the gameforge site by clicking on play now for free. You have to go to their game menu, find RoM, and go from there.

Even Better is to create a shortcut to the game launcher in the Runes of Magic Folder.
