How do you downgrade I want to do that for my gathering skills to see if it will reset so I can get all 3 over level 20 its only letting me do 2 for over level 20 so there is a bug in the system

Ibelieve it's only possible to take 2 of the gathering skills past 20 now.

That's not good, i just keep getting a message saying I abandoned it so I'm hoping its broken I tried on another server and got all 3.
